Hasan Ali Khan Garroosy Mansion, which later became the Qajar Museum, is one of the most beautiful museums in the East Azerbaijan and Tabriz city. The features of the traditional Qajar architecture are completely evident in this mansion.

The house of Ali Khan Garroosy is one of the most beautiful mansions of the Qajar era. The Ali Khan Garroosy is one of the political men and the writers of the Qajar period built this house in the Nasir al-Din Shah era. Today, this building is only part of the mansion and unfortunately, its other parts destroyed. In 1370, the Cultural Heritage Organization purchased this building and, with the completion of its restoration in 2006, turned it into a Qajar Museum.

The total area of this mansion is 3,000 square meters and has two floors. The mansion has two inner and outer courtyards, and the pools and gardens that surround it give beauty to this building. Another feature of this mansion is lattice windows and stained glass.

Stucco and interior mirror show Iranian art. Exterior stucco is also so eye-catching. In the basement, there is a beautiful pool. In the basement, there are some magnificent pillars. Also, the ceiling is of brick. This museum has various halls, each of which shows part of the Qajar era. The building of Ali Khan Garroosy registered in the 1370 and number 1749 in the national monuments list.

To go to this museum, you can turn to Chaykenar Street and Ghari Bridge to the right side of Saghi al-Islam Street. The Qajar Museum is located on the right side of Saghi al-Islam Street, on side-street Shahriar, next to the Children's Hospital. Besides this museum, Sheikh Attar school is located.
