Gheimeh is one of the delicious Persian stew, which is known as Khoresh-e Lappeh. This traditional food use as a votive in the religious ceremonies. You will eat the different tastes of Gheimeh in Iran, made with various recipes. Some people use fried eggplant in Gheimeh that called Gheimeh-Bademjan. Gheimeh served with rice; it is better to know that eating this food with the Shirazi salad (A kind of Iranian salad) is a yummy choice.
