Chabahar Airport

Chabahar (Konarak) Airport is an international airport that is situated in an important region near the Chabahar city.

Chabahar Airport is a small international airport which is located in Konarak, 49 kilometers west of the city of Chabahar, Sistan and Baluchestan province. Due to its close proximity to the Chabahar Strategic Port, many flights operates through this airport. Every week, at least 12 domestic flights depart from Chabahar Airport. Due to lack of facilities and a small area, this airport doesn’t have enough capacity to support the flights of this important region. Thus, it is supposed to build Chabahar International Airport in Chabahar free Commercial-industrial zone.

Chabahar Airport has two active terminals for domestic and international flights. Also, this airport has two flight bands that are equipped for night flights and support huge airplanes.
