This palace was built by Karim Khan Zand in 1185 AH and remained unchanged until today. At the time of Karim Khan, this garden was called the Vakill garden. By order of Karim Khan, they surrounded this garden with brick and gypsum.

This mansion has 4 Shah Neshins (has three or five doors with a different height from the other rooms) and 2-floor rooms located among the Shah Neshins. The design of this garden is like the Nazar garden, and there are four streets inside it and four pools around it.

Most of the green space of Jahan Nama consists of stout and ancient trees, cedar and Bitter Orange, Rose, violet, Petunia and Chrysanthemum.
