Eslamiyeh Village

Eslamiyeh is one of the tourist villages of Yazd province, which has many historical and cultural attractions and also natural attractions.

The village of Farashah or Eslamiyeh of Taft is located in a valley area. Due to its long history, this village has many historical and religious monuments. Eslamiyeh village is a combination of desert and mountains architecture.

The village of Eslamiyeh is located in a wide valley, 30 km southwest of the center of Yazd province and 10 km from Taft City. This village is located on the northern slopes of Shir Kuh and adjacent to the famous Oghabkooh.

  • Shrine of Imam Reza Taft:
    Garshasb Ibn Ali (he is emperors of Daylamites) ordered to build this shrine in 512 AD. The architectural style of the Morteza Ali Taft shrine structure is in the form of a quadrilateral with three meters height. This shrine with a reference number 1094 has been registered in the national works of Iran.
     
  • Oghabkooh:
    Oghabkooh is a spectacular attraction of Taft City located at 1.5 kilometers west of Islamiyah village. This mountain is like an eagle.

• Plane trees Eslamiyeh:
  Plane trees Eslamiyeh is considered one of the four natural heritage of the Taft City. This tree is 1500 years old and has a height of 14 meters and a diameter of about 22 meters. It is now next to the main road.

The best time to travel to this village is in spring and autumn. If you want to enjoy the beautiful nature of this village, it is best to go there in May.

Eslamiyeh village is near Taft city. This village is about 11 km from Taft City. If you go from Taft to this village, you will be about a quarter of the way.
