- Second step: At this step, you have to mix the rice with shredding herbs. To make a yummy Tahdig, Add a glass of oil and water in the pot, put it over the high heat then add a mix of rice and herbs. Wait for then minutes, then reduce the heat and cover the pot. Let it cook for about 45 minutes.
- Third step: At this step you need to prepare the fried fish. First fillet the fishe, wash them and add some salt to it. Fry the slices of fish in hot oil and serve it with Sabzi polo.
