Mixing the cooked Ground meat (mostly beef), boiled rice, boiled vegetables like leeks, yellow split peas, parsley, mint, onion, Berberis (Zereshk) adding Persian spices to the dough and Make a ground ball of it, and putting boiled egg and fried onion, walnut, dried apricot in the core of the ball (Koofteh) and put it carefully into the sauce made by boiling saute onion in tomato paste with chopped aromatic vegetables, till they cook well together and ready for serving.
