Age old twin trees

In the heart of the desert of Kerman, one of the hot parts of the world, there is a green and a cool village named Sirch, which is in the same name in the river valley.

Sirch is one of the four large villages of Shahdad district, located in the beautiful mountainous climate along the Shahdad-Kerman. Sirch has a beautiful landscape, covered with huge masses of trees. There are several old Cedar and Cypress trees in the center of this village. This ancient tree of cedar is located along the permanent river and main bridge on the river, along with the path of the tomb of Sultan Jalal al-Din Shah, in front of the Jameh mosque and at the central tourist passageway in the center of the village of Sirch. This Cedar tree is a twin and, one of them is broader than another one.

All season of the year Sirch is very spectacular. Fruit garden blossoms in the spring, shrubs and trees, lush flowers, wild plants, cold and pleasant air in the summer, its colorful nature in autumn and the landscape of snowy mountains and its ski resort in the winter only a corner of the beauty of this spectacular village.

Distance Sirch village to Kerman is 80 km and up to the center of Shahdad is 25 km. The hamlet has access to this village on both roads of Kerman - Sirch, and Shahdad - Sirch and you can easily access this village.
