The Mashhad Airport (MHD) is one of the most important international airport located in Mashhad, Razavi Khorasan, Iran. It was established in 1951 and it is also known as Shahid Hasheminejad International Airport. This airport transports about nine million passengers annually and it is why this airport is one of the crowded airport in the country. Both domestic and international flights have been transferred in the Mashhad Airport with 3 active terminals. Moreover, it has a jet way (A bridge between gate and airplane) and also, has the first vertical parking with a capacity of more than one-thousand cars.
To get the Mashhad Airport, there are many ways to access via private car, taxi, bus, and subway. The airport is accessible from 15th Khordad Square, on Southeast side of Mashhad, at the end of the Islamic Republic Boulevard. If you want to use bus, you can get there by line 7.
