Itinerary (Qom city tour):

Day 1: Qom

This excursion through Qom City starts from Tehran at 6:30 AM. So, after driving for about one hour, we arrive at the Shrine of Imam Khomeini – the spiritual leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in 1979. After our excursion in the Imam Khomeini Shrine, we drive to Qom – The Shi’as largest center of scholarship in the world, and a significant destination for pilgrimage – is considered holy by Islamic Shi’a believers, As the shrine of Fatima Masuma _sister of Imam Reza__ the eighth Imam of Shiites, has sited there.

After visiting the Shrine of Fatima Masuma, we are going to visit the Azam Mosque which is situated next to the shrine. Following the visit to the Mausoleum of Qajar Dynasty members, we have free time to stroll in Qom Bazaar. Later, drive from Qom, and then we pay a visit to al-Mahdi – the Twelfth Shiite Imam whom they believe he’ll lead the world to an era of universal peace. Following that, we drive back to Tehran.
