Shapour Khast was a Sasanian city that was located in the current place of Khorramabad. This structure has a diameter of 18 meters and a perimeter of 256 meters. The height of Gerdab-e Sangi is about 18 meters from the bottom of the spring. Also, there is a gate to transfer the spring water to the channels.
