  • Ingredients of Gooshvare Ash


    If you want to test this yummy food, you have to know about the recipes of it. At first, you should prepare the doughs, then meatballs. The ingredients which you may need are as follows:
     
    • Tomato paste, butter, water, chickpea, parsley, coriander, mint, vinegar, onion, egg, flour, Ground meat. Also, you need some spices such as salt, black pepper, and turmeric. 
    • The dough is made of an egg, half a teaspoonful salt, water, and flour.
    • The meatballs are made of ground meat, a grated onion, turmeric, salt, and black paper.
    • Gooshvare Ash is made of tomato paste, butter, four cups of water, a cup of chickpea, vinegar for a quarter of a penny, and onion. Also, mint, parsley, and coriander are used to design this delicious food.

       
  • Recipe Gooshvare Ash


    Cooking of Gooshvare Ash consists of four step as follows:
     
    • You must mix the egg, salt, and water, then add flour to it. The flour should be added to an amount that does not stick to the hands. At the end keep it into a bag for a haft hour.
    • To prepare the meatballs, you need to mix the ground meat with the grated onion, salt, and black paper and kneading it. Then make small meatballs and roasting them.
    • To prepare the Gooshvare, you must divide the dough to the four pieces then flatten it with rolling pins. At the end cut some slices with the dimension of two in two centimeters and fill it with small meatballs.
    • After preparing the above steps roast onion with tomato paste, butter, and mint then add water. Wait to boil the water then add cooked chickpea and vinegar. It takes a half-hour to cook.
