Torqabeh

In the valleys of Mount Binaloud, there is a beautiful and cool climate city called Torqabeh.

The city of Torqabeh, which is now one of the cities of the Khorasan Razavi province, is one of the oldest ancient Tous villages in the middle of the lush green valleys of Binaloud. Torqabeh has a long history and in the Islamic ages known as Torghabez. Torqabeh means great village. Due to its favorable climate and its beautiful nature, Torqabeh has been used as a pathway and a promenade since ancient times. Torqabeh has many tourist attractions.

 This city is one of the major tourist centers in Khorasan province. There are many traditional restaurants in the city. In Torqabeh, there are large handicrafts markets that you can buy souvenirs too. You can enjoy the Iranian dishes besides the nature of Torqabeh. This beautiful mountain area has gardens and parks and is famous for its beautiful hills and cold nights in the summer. The garden's fruits can be named apple and cherry.

Due to the cold weather and its wonderful landscape, the best time to go to Torqabeh is in the middle of spring and summer.

From Mashhad to Torqabeh is about 25 km. You can easily reach the beautiful city of Vakilabad Highway for about 40 minutes.
