Faloodeh

Faloodeh is a kind of Persian dessert. You can try a unique taste of Faloodeh in Shiraz and Kerman.

Faloodeh is one of the cold and delicious Iranian desserts prepared in a particular way. Faloodeh consisting of thin vermicelli noodles made of starch in a semi-frozen syrup includes sugar and rosewater. The best kind of this yummy dessert prepared in Shiraz and Kerman, but Shirazi Faloodeh is more popular than the other one. Usually, Shirazi Faloodeh is served with a kind of condiments such as Lemon juice and Sour Cherry sharbat, but in Kerman, it is served by Mint, Rosewater, and Syrup.

  • Where is the best place to have Faloodeh in Shiraz?

    You will have a delicious Faloodeh around Tomb of Saadi, Tomb of Hafez, on the northern side of the Karim Khan Citadel, and Vakil Bazaar. Moreover, the famous places are as follows:
     
    • Mehdi Faloodeh: Next to the alley number 3, Fazel Street, Forsat-e Shirazi Boulevard.
    • Baba Bastani: the main branch is located in front of the Nari Garden, between Jam-e Jam square and Chencheneh Crossroad.
